Gurkensalat (a.k.a. Cucumber Salad)


2 medium cucumbers
1/4 tsp sugar
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup sour cream
1 Tbsp fresh dill
Salt & pepper to taste


Slice cucumbers paper-thin. Sprinkle slices with sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper. Marinate for half an hour, drain off liquid, add fresh dill and toss lightly with sour cream. Garnish with more dill.
