1/3 cup light or low fat sour cream
1/2 cup Hellmann's Real or Hellmann's 1/2 The Fat
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper, to taste
2 oz blue cheese, crumbled
6 cups baby spinach
3 pears, peeled, halved and sliced thinly
6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1 cup walnuts
In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, Worcestershire, salt, pepper and blue cheese. Set aside.
To serve, place spinach, pear slices, bacon and walnuts in a large bowl and toss gently. Dress and serve.
